A. Assisted living is an affordable, residential living alternative to home care or institutional settings. Residents in assisted living communities are able to live independently while having assistance on hand when they may need it most.  top

Q. What about costs?

A. Costs for assisted living vary according to the size of the selected living suite and the types of services needed by residents. Our rates start as low as $65.00 per day and at Independence Court there's no long-term lease or endowment required.  top

A. Yes. Apartments and suites at NHM Managed and Independence Court Communities come furnished with a full compliment of furniture including blinds, valances and comforter. Residents however, can furnish their own apartments if they choose to do so. We even allow small pets at most of our communities.  top
